1. Register on the AserCargo.Az;
2. The addresses of our warehouses in USA, Turkey, Germanyand in England will be displayed in your personal account on AserCargo.Az;
3. When placing an order on the seller's website, enter one of the 4 warehouses, provided to you by AserCargo as the delivery address;
4. Upon receipt of the parcel at one of our company's warehouses in the United States, Turkey, Germany or England, you will receive mail notification. In addition, you can track the current status of the parcel through your personal account on AserCargo.az.
5. After the delivery of the parcel to the AserCargo Baku office, you will receive SMS and mail notifications.

Please note that stores and foreign postal services usually indicate the approximate weight of the package.
When the parcel is delivered to the AserCargo warehouses abroad, its weight is checked by electronic scales and thus the exact weight is recorded.

The cost of goods not intended for industrial or commercial purposes imported by individuals into the territory of the country (guided by paragraph 2.1.4 of decision No. 305 of the Cabinet of Ministers) in the amount of not more than $ 300 within 1 CALENDAR MONTH is carried out in a simplified manner, is not taxed.

If the physical value exceeds $ 300, up to 36% of the customs duty is paid in accordance with the legislation.

If the limit is exceeded, the specified tax is paid online, the parcel is sent to the Baku office without being detained at customs.

To deliver the parcel to the address indicated by the buyer, the parcel is handed over by the seller to the courier service within the country.

The courier service, in turn, assigns a tracking number, which allows you to track the status of the parcel, from the courier service warehouse to the destination (to AserCargo warehouse), via the web page of the internal courier service.

The tracking number for each package is unique and does not repeat.

The declaration is a simplified declaration form, filled out on the AserCargo.az website about the cargo expected by the customer, also subsequently provided to the Customs Committee by the carrier.

* After the parcel has been delivered to the foreign warehouse, fill out the declaration and upload the invoice into the system through the "In foreign".

For one package, you can upload only ONE file in  pdf, docx, doc, png, jpg or jpeg format.

According to the rules of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), when transporting cargo by air,

both volumetric and physical weight of the cargo must be calculated and the largest of these indicators

should be taken as the basis weight for calculating the amount of delivery.

Physical weight - The weight of the parcel indicated on the scales in the packed state;

Volumetric weight - the weight of a parcel calculated based on the dimensions of the package.

According to international weight calculation standards, the volumetric weight is calculated as follows: 

Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) / 6000 = Volumetric weight (kg)

Attention!

* When calculating the shipping amount from USA, TURKEY, GERMANY and ENGLAND for parcels larger than 100 cm, both volumetric and physical weight of the cargo must been calculated and the largest of these indicators should be taken as the basis weight for calculating the amount of delivery.

Regardless of the volume, the amount of transportation of parcels in cellophane bags is calculated based on the PHYSICAL WEIGHT.

As you know, some online shoppimg sites in Turkey accept payments only from cards owned by Turkish banks.

 From USA, Germany and Turkey it is possible to transport goods that do not contain flammable and explosive substances.

When you receive parcels from our office:

? Upon receipt of parcels received in your name, you must provide the original of your identity card;

?When receiving parcels for another person, you must provide the original of your ID, as well as a copy of the ID of the account holder.
